These reading stages are custom categories created for Kind Corner to help families find the best-fit books and bundles. They are not formal educational assessments and should not replace professional evaluations, testing, or school-based reading levels.
Readers who:

At this stage, readers are building early literacy foundations through read-alouds, phonics exposure, repetition, picture support, and playful language experiences. The goal is confidence, connection, and helping books feel exciting and approachable.
